If you buy more healthier foods like apples, oranges, grapes, and watermelon instead of chips, cookies, and ice cream it will be more easier for you to lose weight. Also eat out less, I said less, don't completely stop it because you still have to live your life. Instead make your own food that way you know what exactly what your putting in your body. When you make your own food you get to make it how you like it and how you want it. You're more in control of what you put in your body. Also if you count your calories it will help you see what you are eating and make it that much easier to stay focused.
Secondly if you want to lose weight fast you need to work out. Find out your favorite physical activity that makes you happy. It can be walking, jogging, running, cycling, weight lifting, swimming, etc. The possibilities are endless. Working out the not have to be a pain or a struggle.
